Professional liability

According to the „Dienstleistungs-Informationspflichten-Verordnung“ (DL-InfoV, dort § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 11) we are also obliged to provide the following information:

Professional liability insurance is provided by HDI Gerling Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG, Riethorst 2, 30659 Hanover. The geographical scope of the insurance covers activities in the member states of the European Union and thus satisfies at least the requirements of § 51 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).

Out-of-court settlement of disputes

In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, it is possible, upon request, to settle disputes out of court with the Koblenz Regional Bar Association (in accordance with § 73 Para. 2 No. 3 in conjunction with § 73 Para. 5 BRAO) or with the Conciliation Body of the Bar (§ 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association, which can be found on the Internet on the homepage of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de); eMail: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de.
